Low-Pressure Air End

Special design for low-pressure working conditions, with optimized rotor profile and internal pressure to improve compression efficiency.
Using large rotor, large bearing and low speed to reduce noise and vibration and increase mechanical life and stability.
Using 5:6 rotor with new asymmetric teeth and quality control with 3D precision measuring devices to ensure dimensional accuracy and stable performance.

Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM)

IP54 protection degree, which provides more stable performance in harsh industrial environments than IP23.
Low temperature design with temperature rise less than 60K, resulting in higher efficiency and longer motor life.
Using bearings Ceramic coated to completely eliminate the axial flow effect on bearings and prevent premature failure.

Three main filters

Air filter: Filtration level more than 150% of the standard requirement, low inlet pressure drop, and high efficiency.
Oil filter: Design with imported filter with processing capacity ≥3 times the circulating oil volume; high precision and high durability.
Oil separator: Using imported paper with low pressure drop and strong filtration effect.
