Badyar boosters increase the pressure in your system at specific points, boosting it up to 40 times. Badyar offers a wide range of high-performance reciprocating compressor boosters that work perfectly with Badyar screw compressors.

Badyar boosters are available in two-cylinder and three-cylinder models and operate in the following performance range:

• Inlet pressure: up to 13 bar
• Outlet pressure: up to 40 bar
• Volume flow: from 1800 to 12000 liters per minute

Compared to designing the entire compressed air supply system for higher pressures, using boosters is a much more cost-effective option for all applications that require process air with a higher degree of compression than the usual control and supply air. PET bottle production is a prime example of these applications.

Features

• Continuous operation at high pressure:
  Innovative features such as continuous lubrication and improved cylinder cooling ensure long service life, low maintenance requirements and continuous achievement of a maximum pressure of 40 bar compatible with the system.
• Very low oil consumption:
  The high-quality cylinders have a plateau-honed surface with an additional anti-wear protective layer that minimizes oil consumption throughout the life of the machine.
• Low temperature compressed air:
  A radiator after the compression stage ensures low exhaust air temperatures.
