Oil-injected reciprocating compressors provide high pressure and flow for industrial applications. Harmful gases in the ambient air are removed through the lubricating oil. Badiyar offers two types of reciprocating compressors with oil injection:

High-quality cylinder
Our special machining process produces a perfectly uniform and precise finish on the inner surface of the cylinder. Due to this excellent finish, there is no need for an initial run-in period for the compressor, as no significant wear occurs after initial start-up.

Stainless steel valves
The valve plates are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and are equipped with travel limiters (lifts) to ensure complete closure of the valve plates and prevent soot buildup. These features result in long service life and exceptional reliability in valve operation.
