Equipment Compressed air compressor

Compressed air systems: the beating heart of modern industry

Compressed air equipment is now recognized as one of the most critical components of industrial infrastructure.

Advanced filtration systems, utilizing modern technologies, are capable of producing air with a purity of 99.99% according to ISO 8573-1. These systems include particle filters, activated carbon filters, which are collectively capable of removing particles down to 0.01 microns, reducing the dew point to minus 70 degrees Celsius, and absorbing oil vapors down to 0.003 ppm.

Compressed air storage tanks, optimally designed according to ASME standards, play a key role in system stability. These tanks, which are produced in capacities from 50 to 10,000 liters, save energy by reducing compressor duty cycles by up to 30%.

Modern intelligent controllers such as MAM systems with advanced algorithms enable integrated management of all system components. These systems are capable of real-time monitoring of operating parameters, predicting failures and optimizing energy consumption.

Ancillary equipment such as dryers, oil separators and compressed air distribution systems complete this industrial life cycle. The use of advanced materials such as titanium alloys and nano-coatings has significantly increased the lifespan of these equipment.

Importantly, compressed air systems are designed based on the specific needs of each industry. For example, systems used in the food industry comply with FDA standards and in medical environments with ISO 13485 requirements.

Tanks

The compressed air tank acts as the heart of the pneumatic system, storing compressed air to provide three vital functions:

  1. System pressure stabilization – reducing output pressure fluctuations
  2. Energy storage – providing compressed air at peak demand
  3. Moisture separation – distilling and separating water vapor from the air

Micro filters

Our microfilters offer reliable and highly efficient protection against oil particles and vapors – meeting all ISO 8573-1 standard classes and fully compatible with a wide range of compressors and other compressed air processing equipment.

Nitrogen and oxygen gas generator

Badyar offers an ideal solution with a wide range of cost-effective compressed air nitrogen production systems that allow users to produce all their nitrogen and oxygen needs on-site and under their control.

Control panel

The MAM control unit optimizes the production and consumption of compressed air. With its intelligent control system, it prevents inefficient energy consumption, especially in partial load operating conditions.

MAM offers a variety of controllers to suit specific needs.
